Company Profile

In 1983, we entered the hotel industry, not as hoteliers, but as business professionals pioneering a new hotel concept that targeted extended-stay travelers. We quickly made that hotel a financial and operational success, positioning ourselves to be one of the first franchisees of a brand that later became the Residence Inn by Marriott.
